Order of Leopold II Commander Class (French) Neck Badge, ND. 82.5x51.3mm. cf.Wer-139; Ver-40. Eight-pointed gold cross, segments of gold wreath between arms. Center medallion is a golden crowned lion on black enamel with blue enamel band with inscription "L'UNION FAIT LA FORCE". Reverse is crowned monogram of Leopold. Badge is suspended from a large gold crown. In gilt and enamel.

Order of Merit Grand Cross Breast Star, ND. 78.4x79.5mm. Wer-224. Gold-rimmed, five-pointed, white enamel star, each point gold ball tipped. Between the rays appear portions of a gold laurel wreath. Center medallion is gold and portrays the arms of Chile surrounded by a gold-rimmed blue enamel band inscribed "ORDEN MERITO CHILE". All is superimposed on a large gold plaque. In gilt, enamel is crudely repaired on tips of star.
